Gender Education
The Gender Programme, called Women In Ministry International (WIMI) empowers women and young girls through business skills, financial literacy and other community development programs. Through our WIMI Women Empowerment initiative, we have successfully trained, empowered and coordinated dozens of Women Group projects in Sierra Leone where we provide Business Skills including Financial Literacy, Soft Skills, Vocational Skills as well as Small Business Enterprise Economic Empowerment to women and young girls. In addition to the entrepreneurship and marketable skills development programmes and vocational skills training, we will also established agricultural projects including cassava farming and vegetable gardens as well as enable food production to augment a proposed school feeding program.

Education Program
The Education programme is currently running as an elementary school called Destiny Christian Academy (DCA) and an Out-of-School Dropout programme called Destiny Remedial Education Programme.(DREP).

- Education is Key -
The Education sector of our programme has built an elementary school in Moseilolo Village, Moyamba District for 600 children. In the afternoons, we utilize the school resources for Remedial and Skills training for Drop-out teens. The school, built in Moseilolo in 2021 is currently serving 9 surrounding villages who had no access to school as nearest schools are 5-10 miles away.
